Watch Primer 3 Times

Something that will consume the entire work day is watching and trying to comprehend the movie Primer. Primer is a movie that came out in 2004 and is about time travel? Honestly, I have no idea what it's about and have seen it several times back to back. I can run through the plot and it still would not give away any spoilers.

Basically these guys make a machine or microwave or something and I think one of them goes back in time? Maybe they both go back in time or something. They're driving in a car at one point. The one guy is married and has a house and stuff and there is a cell phone involved as well. Then it just kind of ends abruptly. I think they try to explain what's going on near the end or maybe not.

Either way, I think it was a pretty good movie and wouldn't mind seeing it again.

The Oatmeal's Take on Working From Home

http://theoatmeal.com/comics/working_home

Completely accurate.

"Working" From Home

While it may not be that ethical to do things other than work while at home, they really aren't paying you that much anyway so the hell with them.

Here are some things you can do while "working" from home:
  • Go to the driving range
  • Play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
  • Play Mario Kart
  • Drink
  • Play frisbee
  • Blog about working from home
  • Stalk on Facebook
  • Get lost on Wikipedia for hours
  • Make a big pot of chili
  • Go shopping
Remember that during all of this do not forget to wiggle your mouse every once in a while so you don't go idle.

The Workstation

Your workstation when you work from home can consist of, pretty much, anywhere you can sit with your laptop.

Here is a list of some places I've worked from whilst working from home:
  • A giant bean bag chair
  • A cluttered desk
  • A hammock
  • A beach chair on the beach
  • Couch
  • The floor

Working From Home

This blog is dedicated to all the hard working people in America who are fortunate enough to have a job that does not require them to go into the office. Sure the lack of social interaction may be a small downside but there are many upsides to working from home.
